I laughed out loud when I saw this trending on tumblr. I love it! I'm not planning to portray Hux this way in my own fic, don't worry, but the over-the-top "evil" expression that they're going for here is just hilarious to me.
I think if Rey becomes a Jedi, it's going to be a journey that takes place over all three movies. If it's anything like the original trilogy, she's going to get some training in episode viii, get distracted or interrupted from it somehow, then complete whatever final test she needs in episode ix.
