Announcement and June Puzzle Reminder.

Happy Tuesday, Puzzlers!

I honestly thought I posted another reminder for June's amnesty month a couple of weeks ago....but apparently not. If anyone is planning to write a story, but wants to post past the deadline of June 30th, just let me know. In the meantime, here's a reminder of amnesty month guidelines. There will be a new puzzle for July and another amnesty month in August.

Your Puzzle Choices:

1 - A specific month’s puzzle.

2 - Make your own puzzle from any previous pieces, one to unlimited.

3 - Add you own Visual Stimulation to your puzzle.

Puzzle Reveals

If making your own puzzle, you may duplicate categories as you wish.

Example: A fic using one creature feature, 2 power hours, 3 random objects, and your favorite Dali painting.

To fics of either type and any length, you may (but don’t have to) add your own visual stimulation.

Example: picture, icon, banner, gif, screencap, etc. Must be posted with the fic (no larger than 350x350px above cut). Please use sources where appropriate.

This means that you can essentially add any new prompt you want to a puzzle, as long as you are able to post a visual representation of it. This also means that a specific character/pairing/fandom of your choice can count as a prompt. And yes, an emotion/phrase/word can count, if you have an icon for it.

Example: A sexy fic using the random object from Whatober and a hand sketched picture of Bucky and Steve Rogers kissing counts as a two prompt puzzle.

Guidelines:

Puzzles due 11:30 pm, Saturday June 30th.

Standard puzzle piece amount - fic length rules apply. Rules and Guidelines.

You may enter up to three fics for bannery goodness.

In your notes, please give us your completed puzzle, with category name - the exact piece - which puzzle/month the piece came from. Please do this for all fics, thanks!

As usual, the person who uses the most pieces wins!

No worries, you can always post in August. I'm happy to hear you're inspired :-)

Thank you so very much. I am doing better, and yes, I really need to update and respond to comments. I'm so bad lately about that. In my defense, I spend most of my time working and sleeping :-/

Hi DD3 -- would it be all right for me to post a story past the amnesty deadline? It's chapter 7 of my Star Wars fic and I wrote it using May's puzzle. I ended up finishing late because irl stress caused me to get blocked for a while.

Yes, you can post late. But I'm about to announce July as an amnesty month, since I'm behind again :-/ So you could post it for July, if you like.
